About TweakSage

Who runs TweakSage, what you'll find here and how the site is paid for.

Last updated

TweakSage helps you sort out the small problems with the screens you use every day: a screenshot you can’t find, a pixel that won’t turn off, a touch screen that ignores one corner, an eSIM that won’t activate.

What you’ll find here

  • Free tools that run in your browser: a screen test, a touch screen test and a device checker. No app, no account, nothing uploaded.
  • Step-by-step guides for Windows, iPhone and Android. We follow the steps on a real device before a guide goes up, and each guide says which device that was.

Who runs TweakSage

TweakSage is run by Sami. He writes the guides and builds the free tools on this site, and follows the steps of each guide on his own iPhone or Windows laptop before it goes up.

You can read how we check guides on How we test, and the rules we follow on Editorial policy.

How the site is paid for

Right now TweakSage has no ads and no paid posts. In the future we may show ads and publish posts paid for by partners. When we do, paid posts carry a visible Sponsored label, their links are marked as sponsored, and partners never get to change our guides. The details are in our sponsored content policy.
