Sponsored content policy

How we label and handle posts paid for by partners, and what we never accept.

Last updated

TweakSage may publish posts paid for by partners. This page sets out how we handle them, so readers always know what is paid and what is not.

How sponsored posts are marked

  • A visible Sponsored label sits at the top of the post and next to it in lists.
  • Every link to the partner or any other outside site carries rel="sponsored", as Google asks for paid links.
  • Sponsored posts never appear on our homepage or in “More guides like this” lists, and they are never part of our own guides.

What we accept

Only posts that fit what our readers come here for: computers, phones, displays, apps and online services, written to be useful on their own. We edit every sponsored post for accuracy and clarity, and we can refuse or remove one at any time.

What we do not accept

  • Gambling, casinos and betting
  • Payday loans, crypto trading or investment schemes
  • Adult content, CBD, vaping or drugs
  • Essay writing, fake reviews, hacking or account-cracking tools
  • Anything misleading, or links hidden in unrelated text

What partners cannot do

Partners cannot change, review or approve our own guides, tools or test results, and paying for a sponsored post does not buy a mention anywhere else on the site.
